I have been a dancer for most of my life and always thought that my body is very active and flexible. I had always wanted to do yoga and finally was able to fit it in my regular routine. After attending Saba's first class, I realized how wrong I was. As a dancer I have excercised only certain muscles and rest are either stiff or have an inbuilt stress. With very simple yoga poses, she always challenges me to basics of my adaptability and flexibility. Thanks to her teaching methodology and positive attitude, I now realize my weaknesses and areas that need improvement. She is very resourceful and knowledgeable. No two classes are same.
