At Ashoga we come together to live a joyous, awakened and vibrant life to heal the body and mind. But that's not all. We also give back to the community so that we can feed and heal our Soul too. Every purchase helps underprivileged children in an orphanage in India to go to schools and colleges and stand on their own two feet. For that, we thank YOU!
We make conscientiously sourced clothes, jewelry and accessories that are designed by Saba Haider, a senior yoga and meditation teacher with many years of experience practicing and teaching yoga and meditation, and training others to become yoga and meditation teachers.
She believes that clothes should make you feel uplifted, vibrant and joyous. Motifs, designs, colors and fabrics inspired by her early life growing up in India are used in her collections to make each piece unique, meaningful and full of life and vibrancy.

Yoga with Saba is one of my most favorite weekly activities. We, a group of 10-12 ladies practice yoga on every Saturday for the past four years under Saba's heartwarming instructions. There's always something, that we take with us after each class, that helps us cope up with life's demands. I personally, started seeing myself getting better in physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of my life. I feel more grounded than ever before. Thanks Saba🙏🏽

I give Saba Haider 5 stars because I love her so much. Her professionalism and individualized care allows the student to immediately become relaxed and feeling safe to explore the spiritual, physical and emotional aspects of the self and yoga.
Her lifelong experience is matched to no one else and her soft but firm with her love and expectation. To learn from her is a gift and I am grateful for each of my private lessons with her.

I have been a dancer for most of my life and always thought that my body is very active and flexible. I had always wanted to do yoga and finally was able to fit it in my regular routine. After attending Saba's first class, I realized how wrong I was. As a dancer I have excercised only certain muscles and rest are either stiff or have an inbuilt stress. With very simple yoga poses, she always challenges me to basics of my adaptability and flexibility. Thanks to her teaching methodology and positive attitude, I now realize my weaknesses and areas that need improvement. She is very resourceful and knowledgeable. No two classes are same. It's a pleasure to practice Yoga with her on regular basis.
